All materials are accepted for distribution or printing and distribution subject only to the following terms and conditions. The terms and conditions outlined below are deemed to be incorporated into any agreement entered into with Flyer Hub for the provision of door-to-door leaflet distribution services. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
DEFINITIONS
- Agreement: The terms and conditions set out herein.
- Client: The individual, firm, or limited company specified to whom the Services will be provided.
- Services: The Printed Material and the services provided by Flyer Hub in accordance with this Agreement.
- User: The individual, firm, limited company, or other party specified to use the Services.
BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION
All arrangements with Flyer Hub must be made in writing before the commencement of distribution via first-class post, fax, or email. Verbal agreements may be accepted but must be confirmed in writing to be valid in the event of a dispute.
The date of the agreement for distribution is the date agreed with the client for the material to commence distribution to residential or business letterboxes in the agreed area. Materials must be with Flyer Hub a minimum of 5 working days before the agreed date or as otherwise agreed. Flyer Hub reserves the right to cancel without refund if these conditions are unmet.
Distribution times depend on Flyer Hub's personnel's availability. If specific start and completion dates are required, they must be agreed upon in writing before distribution commences.
TYPES OF DISTRIBUTION
- Solus: Distribution will be carried out with no other client leaflets and will be distributed to predefined areas specified by the client.
- Business to Business: Similar to Solus but targeted at business premises in non-residential areas.
- Hand to Hand: Distribution will be carried out with no other client leaflets unless agreed otherwise and will be distributed to predefined areas specified by the client.
PRICE
Prices are quoted based on the size, weight, and distribution time of the material. Prices quoted in writing are valid for 30 days. Additional charges may apply for requests that differ from standard distribution or require bespoke mapping or targeting.
DISTRIBUTION COUNT & HOUSEHOLDS
The number of households or delivery points in each distribution round is based on mapping data and should be considered an estimate. Flyer Hub does not guarantee delivery to every letterbox within a postcode sector, town, or area as part of any distribution campaign. We will use our best efforts to achieve maximum coverage but cannot guarantee 100% delivery due to logistical challenges.
CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE DELIVERY MIGHT NOT TAKE PLACE
Delivery may not occur if:
- The material does not conform to agreed specifications (e.g., single sheet, no staples, weight limit).
- Properties lack accessible letterboxes or have security measures preventing access.
- Delivery personnel run out of materials or face hazards (e.g., dogs, gated properties).
- Residents have indicated they do not wish to receive unaddressed mail.
SURPLUSES AND SHORTFALLS
Flyer Hub will count the materials supplied for accuracy. If insufficient material is provided, the client will be notified. If excess material is provided, it will be retained, and the client can choose to collect it or have it distributed to additional areas, potentially at an additional cost.
PAYMENT
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and must be made in full before the start date of distribution. Long-standing clients with agreed credit terms will pay 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. Late payments will incur a £10 daily fee. Printing costs are separate and must be paid in full upfront.
MATERIAL STORAGE
Materials will be stored securely and kept dry during distribution. However, the client should insure their materials, as Flyer Hub will not be responsible for any loss or damage. Storage fees apply for materials held for more than 31 days.
CLIENT CANCELLATION
Clients can cancel up to 7 days before the distribution date for a full refund (excluding print costs). Cancellations up to 5 days before the date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within five days will not be refunded. Materials must be collected within one month of cancellation or will be recycled.
TRACKING & REPORTS
Flyer Hub uses GPS technology to track distributions internally. We provide clients with a final coverage report but do not offer live tracking. Coverage reports are based on GPS and manual checks and may not be 100% accurate due to signal issues or other factors.
BRITISH CODES OF ADVERTISING
All materials must comply with the British Codes of Advertising. Flyer Hub will not distribute any material that is sexual, salacious, or racist. We retain the right to refuse any material deemed inappropriate.
INDEMNITY
The client shall indemnify Flyer Hub from any liability, loss, claims, demands, costs, or expenses arising from the client's use of our services.

This website and its content are the copyright of Flyer Hub. All rights reserved. Reusing or reproducing our content without permission is prohibited.
SEVERANCE & COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of campaign completion. The agreement is severable; the remaining provisions remain in effect if any provision is deemed illegal or unenforceable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the English Courts.
